3. Service Fees and Payment

The fees for our Services are listed on our website. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change upon reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services for any reason, without notice, at any time.

Payment for our Services is due as specified in the agreed-upon engagement letter or service agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other specified payment methods.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AccountSA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both South Africa and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AccountSA.
